1. Eligibility
Subscription provides the right to use a personal email address ending with the service provider’s domain name.

2. Ownership of Domain
The domain name and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the service provider. Subscribers are granted usage rights only for the duration of their subscription.

3. Subscription Period
The minimum subscription term is three (3) months. After this initial period, the subscription will continue on a recurring basis unless cancelled.

4. Cancellation Policy
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Refunds and Rebates
As this is a digital service, all payments are non‑refundable. No prorated refunds, credits, or rebates will be issued for partial use or early cancellation.

6. Acceptable Use
• Subscribers must use their email address responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
• The service may not be used to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing, fraud, or other deceptive practices.
• The service may not be used to transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful content.
• Subscribers must not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service provider’s systems or networks.
• Any violation of these acceptable use standards may result in immediate suspension or termination of the subscription without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability
• The service provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
• The maximum liability of the service provider, if any, shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the subscriber during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
• Subscribers acknowledge that email services may be subject to interruptions, delays, or data loss, and agree that the provider is not responsible for such occurrences.
